CV's of the contact persons

An Bollen studied Sociology of Work and Organisation and Social Policy at the Catholic University of Leuven (K.U.Leuven). In 2000 she started her career as a research associate at the Higher Institute for Labour Studies (HIVA-K.U.Leuven), sector Work and Organisation sector. She was involved in the assessment of ESF (European Social Fund) - objective 4, where she focused on the effects on the organisational training policy. Another domain in which she's acquiring experience is that of ICT and work. This by studying current trends in occupational structures in the Belgian telecommunications sector. At the moment she is involved in a European project focussing on the development of innovative statistical measures for the eEconomy. She is involved in the development of a telework module for employee surveys.
