Seth Maenen studied Sociology of Work and Organisation and he obtained a post-graduate degree in Sociology of Social Change in European Societies, both at the Catholic University of Leuven (K.U.Leuven). He worked for a few months as a management trainee in a Belgian distribution company. At this moment, he is working as a research associate at the Department of Sociology of the Catholic University of Leuven, where he is involved in work package 4 of the STILE project on the methodology of organisational surveys.
