Conference fee
Conference fee for the conference is kept minimal. It covers:

entrance to all sessions

documentation files (including text of all papers)

the final STILE project book with contributions to the conference (worth over 25 Euro)

refreshments during break periods

To benefit from the early fee deadline of 14 August 2004 your payment must be received not later than 28 August 2004. If payment is received later than this, the full fee will be charged.

Participants are requested to register in advance by filling in and returning the registration form.

Registration will be available by the end of May 2004
These forms should be completed by either typing
or writing in capitals. Please note that only forms that have been properly
filled in will be accepted.
Please complete one form for each participant attending the conference.
Please make a copy for your colleagues.
When registration forms with correct payment are received, the conference secretariat will send each participant a letter of confirmation and the receipt, preferably by email.
Terms of payment
Payment should be made in advance, clearly stating name of participant and adding 'TAO-INSTD2-P3620'. Registration is only valid after payment.

Please do not forget to add the name of participant(s)
and 'TAO-INSTD2-P3620' to enable identification of payment. The conference
secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred
directly into the account when the name of the participants and the reference
is not mentioned.
Please do not forget to cover all bank charges. We will not accept bank
charges associated with the transfer.
Cancellation of registration and refunds

| From July 30 to August 31, 2004 | 60% of the registration fee will be refunded |
| After August 31, 2004 | No refund |
The conference secretariat must be notified in writing of cancellation of registration. The appropriate refunds will be made available after the conference.
Alterations
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Please fax, post or email any changes to the conference secretariat.
The conference secretariat reserves the right to charge an administration fee of 10 EUR for any name change in the registration.
