'La Tentation'

A restaurant with an architectural context where Art Nouveau relives.

It will provide a pleasant and relaxing environment for speakers and participants, old friends and new acquaintances alike, to mix and network at the end of a productive day.

The conference will be held in the:

International Trade Union House (ITUH)
Boulevard du Roi Albert II 5
B-1210 Brussels
Belgium

The conference venue is ideally located (close to the train station Brussel North / Bruxelles Nord) and nearby the hotel.

Expenses

Invitees

Speakers can be reimbursed for their contributions at the conference. Travel and hotel expenses (for one person) will be reimbursed.

The conference secretariat will make the necessary hotel reservations. The organisers will pay (the room charge + breakfast) directly to the hotel.

Speakers are requested to make their own travel arrangements. However, if you are travelling by plane, we prefer you to take an APEX-ticket, because travel expenses will be reimbursed in accor-dance with the Commission's applicable rules.
Please note we can only accept the original travel tickets (no copies)! Without the travel tickets we cannot refund your expenses.

Registration fee for the conference is kept minimal. It covers the costs of organisation, main meals, refreshments during break periods, documentation files (including text of all papers), conference diner, and the final STILE book. The STILE project also covers these costs for conference speakers.

STILE partners

Conference fee
STILE partners participate for free. The STILE project covers the costs of organisation, main meals, refreshments during break periods, documentation files (including text of all papers), conference diner, and the final STILE book.

Travel costs and hotel accommodation
We do not have a budget available for covering your travel, hotel and subsistence costs relating to the STILE conference. So these costs will have to be covered entirely by your own (resp. STILE) budget.
Travel is to be arranged by the STILE partners.
Hotel accommodation will be booked by HIVA.
